Random Photos

So I was looking at the photos we have stored on the computer and I came across some doozies. I think you'll enjoy a good laugh or two.

The first picture is of me in my first year of university (Water, Water, Water, Loo, Loo, Loo!) in the room I shared with a girl named Katie. We'd never met before university but she was a great roomate. You will note my poster of The Watchmen to the right. I was hardcore in love with those guys. Saw them in concert at UW and got all their autographs. Bitchin'!

The second picture is of me with some friends at a party in high school. Those of you who know me really well will notice two major differences: smaller chest, bigger eyebrows. *shudder*

The last picture is of me with the gals at my high school OAC formal. I'm second from the left, with big hair and far too much makeup. Oh well, we had a good time and I loved that dress. Of the 6 girls I'm pictured here with, I only still talk to two of them, which is kind of sad.

It's strange how we lose touch with people that we thought would always be in our lives. Some think that certain people drift in your life only for a short period because they are there to teach you something valuable.

Ladies, where were you in grade 8 when I desperately needed an eyebrow-wax? They were like two black furry caterpillars, I swear!

How sad is it that it's Friday night and I'm updating my blog? Oh, and I'm taking a break from cleaning?! Well, my parents are coming up for a visit tomorrow and I'm a little anal about having people over to an unclean house. Even if they are my parents and they weathered through me and my "Let's Leave All Clothes On The Floor All The Time" stage in my teens. Who knew I'd grow up to be a clean freak?
