A New Game!

So, wedding update. Booked are the following: reception hall, church, chair covers, flowers, deejay. Purchased are the following: dress, garter, toss garter. Coming soon: photographer, wedding cake, invitations.

Oh, and we've chosen our MC - my Uncle Adam. And Shaun's sister is going to sing during our wedding ceremony.

And now, I have a fun little game! When Mom and I went dress shopping a few weeks ago, I tried on several dresses. Over the next 6 months leading up to The Big Day, I'm going to post, one at a time, pictures of me wearing a wedding dress. Here's the fun part: you get to guess if it's the dress I bought!

This is fun because you pretty much have to watch what you say so you don't risk offending me and my chosen gown, and also so you don't over-compliment the wrong dress. See? How could this NOT be fun?

Yes, the dress has been selected! My mom came up to Ottawa a few weeks ago and we got my dress at Sinders Bridal House in Carleton Place. I tried on about 12 dresses but ended up buying the 2nd one I had tried on (at 60% off, no less!!) Here is a picture of me when we first arrived. Can't you just see the excitement on my face?? I mean, what's more fun than trying on dresses for a few hours? Seriously, could have done it ALL DAY!
